1. Download the English diagnostics form from here!
2. Complete the form and sign it
3. Drop off the device for recovery together with the completed form (Mo-Fr: 9.00h - 17.00h)
   1. for Athens at Kissavou Street 2 in Moschato
   2. for Thessaloniki at Dimitriou Glinou Street. 26 in the area of Voulgari
4. Don't forget that you have to pay the diagnostic fee before we can accept your device
   1. Normal Priority Diagnosis: 3 working days – price: 60 €
   2. Express Priority Diagnosis: 24 hours – price: 300 €
